Frequently asked questions…

What is the process for your art?  My fused glass is fused together in a kiln, then cold worked to polish the edges.

Can these art pieces be installed outside?  Small pieces and garden stakes can be placed in outdoor living spaces.

Are they heavy?  Most pieces, other than the glass castings, are not heavy.  The casting weight depends on the piece.  Glass castings are typically between 10-20 pounds.

How do they hang on the wall?  Clocks are ready to hang.  Castings are placed in display frames, such as the cast iron ones shown in the photos, and placed on horizontal surfaces.  Paintings and prints are ready to hang with picture wire hangers installed on the back. Simply locate where you want the piece to hang and use picture hangers or gorilla hooks.

How do I Order a piece?  Simply send an email of the piece you are interested in to me and the process begins there.

Are these pieces in stock?  Unless identified as part of a private collection, all pieces are available.  I do try to have a version of every piece on the Gallery page to sell at art shows. “# Availablein the picture captions means there are numbered versions available.  When one sells, I reduce the number available shown.

Can you make a custom piece? Absolutely, custom sizes and colors are available.      Each project is unique and I work on them one at a time.

How are these pieces shipped? Any art piece up to 24″ can be shipped UPS with no problem.   I use museum quality boxing and crating to make sure the piece arrives safely.
